ABOUT ME
My name is Mallory Beth Friedrich and I am excited to offer my expertise as a certified Enneagram coach. This insightful and practical tool has been incredibly beneficial for so many. Understanding and leaning into your own strengths and the strengths of your spouse, friends, family, team, coworkers, or members of your church body is a game-changer.
That is why I love the Enneagram so much. It is a tool I have used personally, in my marriage, and with coworkers and friends, to strip away the false and binding parts of myself, and to live and lead freely. My mission is to teach you how the Enneagram can bring light and life, clarity and direction, compassion and grace to your life. Ultimately, it can improve self-awareness and relating to others in every area of life.

Whatever your current level of Enneagram knowledge, whatever resources you’ve accessed, I’m sure that you have learned something.
Studying the Enneagram is a journey in self-discovery. It makes you more aware of the things you do and why you do them. This is called Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and it is necessary for personal growth, for healthy interpersonal relationships, and for effective leadership.
A wealth of Enneagram knowledge, whatever your favorite medium - books, podcasts, blogs, social media, etc. - is available to you right now. However, the best way to do that deep, inner work with the Enneagram is in community.
Having someone to ask you really good questions, to help you dive deeper in self-reflection, to create meaningful and realistic goals, and then to hold you accountable to those goals... that is absolutely vital to the process!
